Fanning Residence

The Fanning Residence has been issued a Building Permit with construction to begin asap. Matt O'Hara is the contractor and I am very excited to see this project proceed.

The scope includes the conversion of a car port into a sun room and office, the design of a new pantry and casework and front porch. A screened porch and shed have been designed as a second phase.

Just finished Design Development for this project and hoping for Spring construction. These are concept drawings for a new timber and steel entry pergola.
