Fuzzco Office

Last week we received preliminary BAR approval for the design of Fuzzco's new office.  We are rehabilitating an existing warehouse in downtown Charleston as their new home.  The work includes an entry porch and scrim clad in charred wood planks.  We have also begun designing several unique steel gates.

a new home for Fuzzco

We are proud to be working on a new home for Fuzzco - an adaptive re-use of an existing steel framed warehouse.  We are working on nearly 8,000sf of interior design as well as new building envelope, windows, doors and a charred wood scrim / porch feature.
