Construction is on-going for our renovation of the Turtle Point Villas on Kiawah Island. Mike Taylor of TM Taylor Construction has completed one of 15 multi tenant buildings and is working on four more buildings concurrently. The scope of work for this first phase includes the removal of balconies which have been replaced with a projected bay and windows as well as new HVAC screen enclosures. The window bays are given a distinct yet complimenting treatment compared to the existing siding and add a new dimension of color and texture.
